Maybe cardio isn't so bad...

This is the first time that I really thought I saw an improvement in the cardio. And all of the stretching and moving felt good on my sore muscles. I got through most of the video without modifications. I think I may actually be getting stronger. I may even get to move to the next phase one of these days. I have to admit, now I am more excited about doing the cardio then I was before. I love seeing the improvements.

I have not seen any difference with how my clothes fit, so I am hoping those kind of improvements are just around the corner. I do feel stronger and I am more aware of my muscles, plus have built a little endurance. I think the body changes will be happening in the near future (or at least I hope that they will)!
